1-hour session (50-60 minutes) = $115

45-minute session = $90

30-minute session = $70

Evaluation Service Pricing

Autism or ADHD evaluation

• $350 total

• 3 separate 1-hour sessions

• Total cost can be split into three payments, due at each session

COMBINED ASD & ADHD evaluation

• $465 total

• 4 separate 1-hour sessions

• Total cost can be split into four payments, due at each session

Insurance

Insurance is not currently accepted at NeuroBloom Counseling Columbus. I am an out-of-network provider, and all services can be submitted to your insurance company to get reimbursed based on your plan/policy. I cannot guarantee any services will receive reimbursement and suggest reaching out to your insurance provider directly.

Consultation Pricing

Consultation for 45-60 minutes can be provided for the price of $70.

Paperwork

If you require paperwork to be completed outside of therapy treatment time (accommodation letters, treatment summaries, ESA letter writing, court requested documents), there is a fee for completion of paperwork.

$15 for every 15-minute increment of paperwork time.
